Lego "Soccer Stadium", took 2nd place in the "17 Most Awesome Lego Creations of All Time" by "The Huffington Post" as of 2010. I take no credit for this work of art, (I Wish I Could)
This blog is for lego fans, it has updates about lego star wars, and much more. It usually covers recent news with the lego companies, set releases and other items of interest. Our administrative blog still monitors this site and it's comments, but we no longer update it as "Legowiz" has lost interest in updating lego related topics. Thanks so much for the fans and positive feedback over the years!

Lego Star Wars 3 Update
Recently posted is the following video. Click here for screenshots, still no word on the final release date. It was originally supposed to be Fall 2010, but as the below trailer released at E3 states, it will be sometime in 2011. I don't think they would push it back a full year to Fall 2011, so you can probably expect it sometime in Spring 2011. Also I would like to point out that this is indeed not the third Lego Star Wars game if you include the original "Lego Star Wars the Video Game" before "The Original Trilogy" and "The Complete Saga". Tt games seems to resent the first game so much, they have titled this the third, and removed it from the Lego Star Wars Game Site here, and the original Lucasarts game list here. I can not see why the hate it so much as to remove all official evidence, especially considering it was extremely successful, the first Tt Lego game, and it was the 13th Best-Selling Game of 2005!

Very good, note that the youtube poster is not the creator, the people in the credits at the end are.

Sad News
I have some sad horrible news. It is planed that in 2011, Lego will end it's contract with Star Wars. After 12 years of Star Wars sets, one of the longest Lego themes run of all time, will be over, no more. At least this is all planed. None of this may happen, and hopefully won't, but just in case, buying the last line of Star Wars sets by Lego in 2011, may be a smart idea. More to come on this sad, sad topic . . .

Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars
LucasArts and TT Games announced the development of their fourth game in the "Lego Star Wars" series. It will be available for Wii, Nintendo DS, Playstation 3, Playstation Portable, and the Xbox 360. Some people are confused as to why this is the fourth game, but is being named as the third, is because in 2007 a third game was made combing all levels off "Lego Star Wars: The Video Game" and "Lego Star Wars: The Original Trilogy". This game was named "Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga", not so "Complete" now, eh LucasArts?

New Star Wars Summer Line pics
Amazing new pics of the Summer line have leaked, showing officially a Plo Koon Starfighter, a Plapatine Shuttle, and a remake of General Grievous Starfighter, the Clone Turbo Tank (with the first ever Cad Bane Minifig), the Slave 1, and a 3rd Hoth-Based set. No details have been released, but the pictures say enough, and I must say, these new sets look like the best Star Wars sets made so far!

More Lego Star Wars!?!?
I was on Lego.com in the Star Wars Shop Section, and a thing that happens rarely, happened.
The Lego Company was able to get a set out that no new about ahead of time! Set number 8091 was released with the other new year line sets, and came with 2 Battle Droids, a Super Battle droid, Barriss Offee, and a currently rare, Episode III version Clone Trooper. At $39.99 CAD, I'd say this looks like a fine set.
